CFS was established in 2005 by local and foreign Wall Street professionals to facilitate financial intermediation through introducing new capital market products to Georgian market. While providing a bridge between capital users and suppliers, CFS is an infrastructural and functional response to the need of establishing reliable mechanism for mobilization of long-term debt and equity resources.
