Some team members have years of working experience at top western investment banks, possess, or are working towards, international professional designations, such as CPA, CFA, CM&A (Certified in Mergers & Acquisitions) and have attended corresponding trainings in the USA and elsewhere. The present active staff of 7 professionals has particular expertise in corporate finance including valuation, investment management, capital market products including structured finance, financial engineering, financial risk management, business law, and accounting.
